This modern and homey oasis features 4 bedrooms with 5 beds (2 king, 2 queen, 1 sofa bed) and 3.5 baths. It has a paved stone driveway with space for 2 cars and a 2 car garage with a Tesla charger and beach amenities (towels, chairs, beach wagon, cornhole set). The first floor features an open layout with a 70" tv, large couch that seats 8 comfortably, a gas fireplace (available in non-summer months or 7+ day rentals upon request) , and a dining room for 8. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (starter pack included), nespresso, toaster, and cooking essentials. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a rain shower and side-wall body jets. Each of the bedrooms have large, custom closets. The third floor features a sun drenched primary suite with a jacuzzi tub and shower. It also includes a seating area a few steps away from the 23’ x 6’ balcony. Sit on the balcony on the outdoor sectional or high-top table to enjoy the sunsets and panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. There are three designated workspaces around the home for comfortable remote working. We provide smart technology throughout the home (3 Nest thermostats, Nest protect smoke detectors in every room, remote controlled blinds on third floor, smart doorbell, outdoor cameras, smart locks). Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and propane grill.
